Overview
We aim to tackle biological questions from a statistical and computational perspective. Our research focuses on genomics and phenomics. 1) In the field of genomics: we endeavor to study alternative splicing through next-generation sequencing in a big-data framework. 2) In the field of phenomics, we develop new strategies to bridge genomics and phenomics by machine learning and statistical learning.
